Religion

Messianic Karaite Judaism is a faith rooted in the ancient tradition of the Karaites, a Jewish group that strictly adheres to the Tanakh (Hebrew Bible) as the sole authoritative scripture. The Karaites reject the divinity of the Talmud and other rabbinic texts, believing that these writings impose man-made traditions that go beyond the divinely revealed law of the Torah. Instead, Karaites emphasize personal responsibility for interpreting the scriptures and living according to the commandments as they are written, without the added layers of interpretation found in the Oral Law. This focus on the plain text of the Bible connects Karaites directly to the practices and beliefs of ancient Israel.

Messianic Karaites follow this Karaite tradition but also recognize Jesus as the promised Messiah of Israel. However, unlike mainstream Christianity, Messianic Karaites reject the teachings of the False Apostle Paul, who we believe introduced doctrines that contradict both the Torah and the teachings of Jesus. Paul’s ideas about grace replacing the law and his claim that circumcision is unnecessary for salvation diverge from the Torah’s eternal commandments. We follow the words of Jesus, who upheld the Torah and never abolished its requirements, seeking to live in alignment with the true teachings of God as preserved in the Tanakh.

Politics

In my view, Absolute Monarchy is a far superior form of government compared to a republic or democracy. Under an Absolute Monarchy, there is a clear and transparent chain of command, with the monarch holding ultimate authority. This system eliminates the endless gridlock and inefficiency that often plagues democratic governments. In a democracy or republic, decision-making is burdened by slow bureaucratic processes, partisan disputes, and the constant shifting of power through elections. An Absolute Monarch, on the other hand, can swiftly enact necessary changes without the interference of multiple branches of government, ensuring that the will of the leader is directly reflected in the nation’s governance. This efficiency allows for quicker responses to crises, more stable leadership, and a consistent vision for the country’s future.

Furthermore, the stability provided by a lifelong monarch contrasts with the short-term thinking seen in elected governments. Monarchs are not swayed by the need to win re-election, and therefore, they can focus on the long-term well-being of the nation, making decisions that benefit future generations rather than pandering to the immediate whims of the electorate. The structure of Absolute Monarchy ensures that power is centralized, avoiding the chaos that can arise from competing interests in a democracy. The monarch’s decisions are clear and final, fostering unity and a sense of purpose for the people. Historically, many absolute monarchies have been able to maintain cultural identity and continuity in ways that republics or democracies, with their constant power shifts and ideological changes, struggle to achieve.
